Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ActionConnect platform and website (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts and workspaces

When you sign up, we provision an isolated workspace for your institution, including a dedicated database and storage. You are responsible for the activity of all users in your workspace and for keeping credentials secure.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access another institution's data, disrupting the Service, or using it for unlawful purposes. Isolation between institutions is enforced structurally, and any attempt to circumvent it is a material breach of these Terms.

3. Plans and billing

ActionConnect offers Free, Team, and Business plans. Institutional plans are arranged with our team; no credit card is captured at signup, and new institutions typically begin with a 90-day pilot. Plan limits (seats, projects, storage, and features) apply as described on our pricing page.

4. Your data

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to the Service, including information relating to your students, applicants, and staff. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, and display that data to operate the Service for you, and we process it on your behalf in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. On termination, we will de-provision your workspace and delete its resources per our data-retention practices.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ActionConnect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
