ActionConnect was built on a frustration familiar to every college: the teams that serve students live in tools that never talk to each other. Applicant questions pile up in one system while the work to resolve them happens in another, and admissions, IT, and student services each end up with a different view of the same person.
We built ActionConnect for higher-education teams. It combines a full-featured helpdesk with a complete work-management suite — boards, sprints, and timelines — and a campus facilities CMMS with work orders, equipment, parts, and vendors across multiple campuses, so requests, projects, and the operations work that keeps campus running live side by side instead of in separate tools.
Each institution gets an isolated workspace with its own database, storage, and routing, provisioned by our team when you come aboard. Isolation between institutions is structural, not a setting that can be misconfigured.
We designed ActionConnect with student-data privacy in mind, and it fits alongside the admissions and enrollment systems your teams already run. The entire platform runs on Cloudflare's global network for fast, reliable delivery wherever your staff and the people you support are.
