ActionConnect was built on a frustration familiar to every college: the teams that serve students live in tools that never talk to each other. Applicant questions pile up in one system while the work to resolve them happens in another, and admissions, IT, and student services each end up with a different view of the same person.

We built ActionConnect for higher-education teams. It combines a full-featured helpdesk with a complete work-management suite — boards, sprints, and timelines — so student and applicant requests and the work that resolves them live side by side, without bolting on a separate helpdesk.

Each institution gets an isolated workspace with its own database, storage, and routing, provisioned by our team when you come aboard. Isolation between institutions is structural, not a setting that can be misconfigured.

We designed ActionConnect with student-data privacy in mind, and it fits alongside the Slate-driven workflows your admissions and enrollment teams already run. The entire platform runs on Cloudflare's global network for fast, reliable delivery wherever your staff and the people you support are.
